Our Story
Where Moments Become Everlasting Memories
She Said YES started with a love story of its own. Roman and Ellie Alurkoff - husband and wife, creative partners, and the heart of this boutique family business - have been inseparable behind the scenes since launching in 2016 in Brisbane, Queensland.
Roman is the creative eye. A qualified professional photographer, cinematographer, graphic designer, and video editor, he brings a modern artistic edge to every wedding day. His warm personality and calm guidance help couples feel relaxed in front of the camera - resulting in images and films that are authentic, emotional, and effortlessly cinematic.
Ellie is the organisational heart of the business. With her extensive background in business and marketing, she ensures every detail is taken care of - from the initial enquiry to the final gallery delivery. Her behind-the-scenes work allows Roman and the team to focus entirely on the creative craft.
Together, they've grown She Said YES from a single photographer's passion into an award-winning team that has documented hundreds of weddings across Queensland's most beautiful venues.
